CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

We (Niki Brown.org) agree to be bound by this Cancellation & Refunds Policy when we process your payment information. You (Customer) agree to be bound by this Cancellation & Refunds Policy  when you submit your payment information to engage our services.

REFUNDS
Niki Brown is glad to issue a store credit within 30 days of purchase for media related products (i e, cds, dvds, books). Non-media products can receive a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.  All coaching services are refundable with prior notice before services commence.

Live Events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All products must be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchasing. Any returned items after 30 days of purchasing will only receive store credit. Unfortunately, shipping fees cannot be refunded. It may take up to 30 days to process all returns.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Notices will be sent to you at the email address you provide to us. It is your obligation to ensure that we have the most current email address for you in our records. We do not communicate in writing, as we are a mostly paperless company.
